He guides company strategy, service standards, and long-term growth while remaining actively involved in project oversight and quality control. His leadership ensures every project reflects Premier’s commitment to consistency, accountability, and lasting value.
Chief Financial Officer
Ashley Pozzuto
Ashley leads all financial functions for Premier Contracting, overseeing billing, quoting, vendor communications, and accounts payable and receivable. Her oversight supports financial clarity, operational stability, and strong vendor partnerships, helping keep the business organized, efficient, and responsive.
General Manager
Ryan McConnell
Ryan manages daily field operations, crew leadership, safety compliance, and quality assurance. He works closely with teams to maintain schedules, uphold performance standards, and deliver reliable results across all service areas.
